John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum

John Wick-ED! It's fun but not great, an action fest with little consideration for the human aspect - 4.5/10

John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum is fun... for action films fanatics. The film is a fast paced non-stop action fest that barely takes a break and that only happens for mostly exposition and to move the plot forward. The actions scenes are a lot of fun and amazingly choreographed yet sometimes they're a bit too long and you just want them to end. One major issue I had with the fight scenes was that sometimes the henchmen could've killed Wick but that didn't happen for of course... plot conveniences and the stupidity of the moments is annoying. The characters are barely developed but the acting was good. Halle Berry was underused and I wish we saw more from her. The film lacks on the human aspect of most of the characters and that bothered me. I didn't really like the score. The directing was ok. The humor didn't always work and some attempted jokes were unfunny. John Wick 3 will satisfy action films fans.
