Even if you’re not a fan of “Queen” you definitely know most of their songs and it’s really interesting to uncover the story behind them. “Bohemian Rhapsody” is a beautifully executed biography, it might not be the best movie ever made, but it’s really fun to watch. The script was the main flaw, it lacks sympathy and emotional development, as if they were focusing on the story details putting in mind that we are already attached to the characters, fortunately acting and directing saved the day. Hats off to Rami Malek, in many scenes I thought that I was watching the real Freddy Mercury. He really deserves an Oscar Nomination and he might be this year’s winner. Great shots especially the ones focusing on Freddy, but the movie feels too long. With great performances and good directing, ”Bohemian Rhapsody” is definitely worth watching.
