I'm really happy i decided to watch The Nutcracker And The Four Realms because it is every inch of pure entertainment.

This movie centers around Clara, a young girl who finds herself transported into a magical yet deeply troubled world of gingerbread soldiers and an army of skilled mice.

I personally loved Disney's take on this classical holiday story. It's creative, beautiful and very pleasant to the eye. With this being said, i have to admit  if you watch it from the surface as it is, you'll find it extremely childish and boring but if you delve into its core and hidden metaphors you'll be mesmerized by how inspiring and enchanting it is.

I really like how funny and emotional it was, when it needed to be. Everything was planned just perfectly. But i couldn't help but feel that this film resembles alot Alice in Wonderland/Narnia (story/concept wise), yet it still had its own unique identity and charm.

The storyline is filled with powerful submessages that are really important. But in general, it was a bit inconsistent.

The CGI and special effects were simply stunning, they're one of the reasons i gave such high score. But the makeup, i think, needed more work.

The whole ensemble was phenomenal. Every single one stood out especially MacKenzie Foy and Keira Knightley. They both delivered very strong and very convincing performances.

In addition, there's one scene towards the middle of the movie which i believe was absolutely the best. Everything about it was pure perfection (you'll know which one once you watch it). Plus, i loved the little twist at the end, even thought i was totally expecting it from the beginning.

I just wish it was more detailed and mysterious. There wasn't enough magic.

At the end, The Nutcracker And The Four Realms is a movie not to be missed especially this holiday season.

Totally recommend it.
