"This is the story of an outrageously brave and dedicated employee whose life flipped from sweet to bitter in a glimpse of an eye because of his good heart"
Let me start by saying that Paul Walter Hauser presented a faultless impersonation of Richard Jewell; SOUL.. BODY and MIND! And hats off to Kathy Bates and Sam Rockwell who never fail to impress!
I'm a bit biased when it comes to Clint Eastwood because I adore his heartfelt methods of filmmaking. "Richard Jewell" is certainly among his wonderful creations.. he nailed it with his directorial skills from camerawork to choice of soundtracks and scene-to-scene transitions.
I wouldn't categorize the buildup as complicated but it was rather a smooth yet provocative narration of the 1996 Atlanta Bombing all the way up to that beautifully devastating ending.
Aside from some cheesy dialogues here and there..nothing really bothered me in this movie.
That's it folks! Grab your tickets today and enjoy this lovely piece of work.
