I love how the movie depicts the writing of New York magazine's 2015 article “The Hustlers at Scores”. Even though the timeline was a bit complex, Scafaria made it smooth and easy to follow. The movie’s introduction is sizzling, daring and sets the pace for the next two hours. The cast has undeniable chemistry and every single one of them deliver a great performance. Constance Wu is brilliant, but Jennifer Lopez outshines everyone in a gutsy career-defining performance. There are some slow moments throughout the movie and a couple repetitive scenes, but overall a really strong and enjoyable movie.
