Bala Hayba is a hilariously written piece of cinema that's sure to brighten up your day.

Mohsen aka Bala Hayba will defy his own clan to gain “ Haifa's heart in the middle of the struggle of the elders to lead the clan of “Ras Al Talleh”.

Long story short, if you want an honest and genuine laugh, then leave everything and go watch this film. But like pretty much every other domestic production out there, Bala Hayba followed the very same, extensively overused and absolutely predictable formula , in order to gain profit and not try to actually deliver something meaningful.

The story itself was absolutely hilarious from start to finish. It was smartly infused with genuine jokes and humor. But, and this really bugged me, alot, the story had zero sense of direction and moreover it had absolutely zero meaningful messages. Ye3ne I kept searching for one inspiring message, just one. But sadly, it all went in vain.

To continue, it was super long. It contained alot of unnecessary scenes. It got prolonged way beyond its capacity and unfortunately it shows.

Abbas Jaafar and Stephanie Atalah are seriously a force to be recokend with. Their chemistry was on fire. Im absolutely amazed by Stephanie's acting skills, this girl has a bright future ahead of her. Just wait and see!!! CeeCee Karam was also amazing. Please Cee We need to see in more movies.

The cinematography was surprising really good. I really liked the camera work and the color palette. Great job!

Generally speaking, Bala Hayba works best when it doesn't take itself seriously. But still, it was a light and a funny cinematic experience.
