The whole “Child’s Play” franchise suffered some serious ups and downs... this one is an average movies that delivers its purpose without presenting anything special or new. I liked the way they introduced Chucky and the use of Artifial Intelligence gave him a logical purpose to be evil. The movie had the right atmosphere but unfortunately things fell apart during the second act and became rather chaotic. The actions suddenly felt illogical although they were introduced properly, not to forget that the script was too weak and acting didn’t help at all. It’s an enjoyable horror if you’re just looking to have fun nothing more.
