Creepy and fun ride! - 7/10

"While babysitting the daughter of Ed and Lorraine Warren, a teenager and her friend awaken an evil spirit trapped in a doll."

In this movie we got introduced to Ed and Lorraine's daughter (Judy Warren played by Mckenna Grace ) 

Mary Ellen was babysitting Judy and Daniela Rios ( Mary's friend ) came to spend some time with Mary but in fact she only came to visit the Warren's restricted room full of evil spirit.

 Daniela's "curiousity" made her launch all the evil spirit and this is were all the creepiness begins.

The first half of the movie contained only 1 jump ( in the beginning ) they were only introducing the new characters and preparing us for the other half which made my heart almost stop.

The second half was really good because of all the jumps and scares. The only problem was the lightning. It was really dark and you can barely see what's happening. I guess they did that on purpose just to make it creepier. 

What I liked about the movie is that it's not only based on Annabelle. There are more evil spirits ( the werewolf, the wedding dress... ) and I think they're gonna use these to make more spin off movies.

The movie was dedicated to the real Lorraine Warren ( She passed on april 18,2019 )

I really recommend The conjuring fans to watch this movie.
