Now I know where my missing toys went!

To be honest, I’ve never made it through a whole Toy Story film before. But this fourth chapter, was one hell of an amusing and emotional ride.

Toy Story 4 is one of the very few animated movies that successfully unleash the viewer’s inner child.

The story itself is pretty simple and could’ve been narrated in half an hour. It definitely could’ve been a subplot of something much bigger. But hey, we still have to consider the targeted audience.

The new character additions were a delight; Keanu’s Duke Caboom was really interesting, Ducky and Bunny were some of the film’s highlights, and Forky was really fun.

Im not sure if I liked Forky and Gabby Gabby because their mood swings were awkward and weirdly annoying.

Overall, it was a fun ride that took me places I never knew I wanted to see. The several morals of this film are really instructive and important, which is a great plus. What really hit me was the fact that sometimes holding on to something causes more damage than letting go.

Recommended for a nice and cozy family night with kids!
