The answer to the question everybody’s asking: YES. Pixar did it right again!!!  “Toy Story 4” had every element to be successful and knew how to seize every single opportunity to be funny, entertaining and of course.... Deep. The story was catchy and the movie never rests, it’s always in action and presenting new material without becoming messy. The message behind this fourth installment goes far beyond toys and their owners, the script had so many beautiful lines about life decisions and goals. Pixar finally abandoned their usual “Formula” and presented something new especially when it comes to the secondary characters. The movie’s antagonist had a logical and powerful purpose and it’s rare to see such things in animated films. This time the villain had a deeper cause and underwent an important transformation. The ending was so emotional and gave a whole new purpose to the movie (maybe not as powerful as Toy Story 3, but it was really tough). As usual, all the characters were enjoyable especially the new ones. All the voice performances were sublime and some angles used in this film were just mesmerizing. Pixar never fails to surprise me, TOY STORY 4 is a must watch especially if you grew up watching the first three movies.
