Just another Halloween film - 6/10

To be honest, I didn’t have high expectations for this film, because usually when they make a sequel they mess things up... but this one was not bad. Yes it had many flaws, the plot wasn’t really consistent and the dialogue was too cheesy, not to forget the huge number of characters and most of them were useless. But this doesn’t eliminate the fact that “Goosebumps: Haunted Halloween” had some great moments and it could be an enjoyable Halloween treat for this genre’s fans. It’s a funny entertaining family adventure that will be added to the list of Halloween films.... but I still prefer the first one.
