Taking superhero films to a higher level - 9/10

One word I kept repeating after watching this film: EPIC. With a clever script and a beautiful execution, “Avengers: Endgame” took superhero movies to a higher level. The first act might feel a bit slow, but it was necessary because they needed to show the consequences and build up this complicated event the right way, we’re not dealing with a “normal” story here. The script was super clever, every decision was important and sometimes symbolic, it didn’t have any dull or illogical action and all the characters had their moments to shine. They knew how to include “Captain Marvel” properly in this film, she was filling in the gaps and her role was really important without neglecting the other Avengers. CGI was flawless especially during the action scenes. Great performances by the whole cast especially Robert Downey Jr. and Chris Evans. Comedy was on point, I couldn’t detect any misplaced joke or moment. The 180 min. runtime wasn’t bothering at all, the amount of information and action we received were huge, the movie could never be done in less time. It’s the best possible sequel for “Infinity War”.... ENDGAME IS GRAND.
