The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part

Life is a piece of lego - 7/10

by SardonicA

A new threat is unleashed from outer space upon the citizens of LEGO, so they do whatever it takes to save themselves from "Aourmamagetin".

The jokes inserted here were surely way more than what kids can comprehend or relate to. Tons of analogies and metaphores presented in a fast paced rhythm that was somewhat of a hassle to all.

Characters were fun and an exact copy of the original, and voiceovers were cleverly chosen. Soundtracks will get stuck in your head hehe. I disliked how the movie was VERY CROWDED. They overdid it with character additions, more is less. Viewers would lose interest at some point.

Connecting fiction with reality was a major plus because it gave the storyline a well grounded nature.

Those brain cells of yours will surely be worked up.
