A Political Experience that you’ll enjoy - 9/10

You don’t have to be into politics or history to enjoy this film, it simplified complicated ideas and turned them into something “enjoyable”. VICE looks like nothing you’ve seen on the big screen before. It adds something new and special to the genre. Some scenes were really clever and delivered the message in a unique way. I liked the sarcastic part of the script because comedy is usually absent in political biographies. I have to say that the story itself is interesting, but Adam McKay’s (Writer and Director) treatment helped too. Christian Bale’s performance was phenomenal, we have a serious competitor against Rami Malek (Bohemian Rhapsody) at the Oscars. All the actors and actresses were really good and convincing plus the script helped them showing their real potential. A great movie you don’t want to miss, even if you’re not a fan of politics.
