An inspiring roller-coaster that might leave you wanting more.

Under the tutelage of Balboa, light heavyweight contender Adonis Creed faces off against Viktor Drago, son of Ivan Drago.

Im actually not a big fan of such movies and i wasn't planning on watching Credd II until i saw all the positive feedbacks.

While i think we can all agree that this sequel is not as powerful as the first Creed, it's still a decent movie that series fan will fall directly into its traps.

Hugely enjoyable and intense, this movie contained one of this year's best fighting scenes. Due to Steven Caple Jr. amazing directing skills and to the cast strong performances, Creed's II fighting sequences were pure bliss. Very well choreographed and perfectly shot.

On one hand we have great PERFORMANCES and on the other hand, we have a not so great characters (mark the difference).

Rocky Balboa (aka Sylvester Stallone) was by far the best thing about this movie, his genuine and appealing performance will definitely stick with you long after the ending credits.

Adonis Creed (aka Michael B. Jordan) was, for me, kinda underdeveloped. He was a great role model figure and a very relatable guy but i couldn't quite connect with him. I kept waiting for his character to absolutely kill it and just dominate the entire movie but that didn't happen.

Viktor Drago (aka Flurian Munteanu), an underdeveloped antagonist with an interesting Story (background). I just wish we could've seen some more layers to this character for it was really superficial.

On to the plot and script : the plot was a bit predictable and the script was not as strong/powerful as intended. I was looking for depths and emotions but i couldn't find enough.

But surprisingly, the soundtracks were absolutely enjoyable and accurate and took the movie to a whole new level #eargasms

One of the cool things about Creed II is that it's really inspiring, you'll leave the theater with an intense feeling of power and determination.

In the end, Creed II, is a surprising sequel that might leave you motivated yet underwhelmed.

Recommend it.
