4 years after the release of “Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald” we finally got the third movie in the Fantastic Beasts franchise. Well, is "Fantastic Beasts The Secrets of Dumbledore" any good? Let’s find out. The story follows Professor Albus Dumbledore who knows the powerful and dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald that is moving to seize control of the wizarding world. Unable to stop him alone, he entrusts magizoologist Newt Scamander to lead an intrepid team of wizards and witches. They soon encounter an array of old and new beasts as they clash with Grindelwald's growing legion of followers. The story in this movie is pretty messy. The first act in particular was not well written at all. The first act was boring, rough, and poorly executed. The one major problem I have with the story is that it keeps dragging where it should not. On the contrary, I found the second and third acts to be good. There were some boring and uninteresting moments but overall, the last 2 acts were good. The character development in this movie is complete rubbish. The chemistry between Professor Albus Dumbledore played by Jude Law and Gellert Grindelwald played by Mads Mikkelsen was basically nonexistent. Not to the judge on the acting side, the actors did a good job at portraying their roles but I think it was due to the recast of Gellert Grindelwald. Oh and that ending is just not it for me. It could have ended the franchise here and it would have been nice but unfortunately, it did not. It keeps dragging and dragging and dragging!    Furthermore, I want to mention the amazing CGI in this movie. Each creature had an intricate design and was meticulously crafted. It was a feast to my eyes! Last but not least, I want to mention a hugely negative aspect of the movie and that is the pacing.  The pacing in this movie is the worst! Finally, I want to mention some fight scenes. I personally really enjoyed them and that was maybe the most enjoyable thing in it but the final fight bothered me a lot! It was weirdly edited and fast. It made it unmemorable! I was disappointed. I really feel like Warner Brothers should stop doing any future Fantastic Beasts movies because I personally do not see a future for this franchise. What could have been a good movie turned out to be a poorly executed one. What a wasted potential!
